Skat app good for
Hello,
As an avid Skat player, I have bought, tested and reviewed this app the moment it was published.
While the initial releases were utter disappointments, this product has rapidly matured, and the current version (8.0.3) is fast, stable, has all the features I had requested that were missing from the initial version, and even some I hadnt really missed. And all that has happened in less than a month. I am impressed. Hence the rewrite of my review. I figure that if Peter rewrites his program so swiftly and well, I owe it to him to reflect the progress in my review. Thanks, Peter, for a job well done, playing Skat on the iPhone is really lots of fun.
if you are a bridge player this is the ultimate other game to have!!!
Great game! Well done. Havent played Skat in a long time. This gets me back in the game & helps me to get the rust off before I play the game live again.

I have this app on both my iPhone and iPad. Best Skat app out there. Not perfect but usually sharp moves by the program. But dont expect replies to any questions. Support is non existent. Bottom line: well worth the small price.
The graphics and gameplay are well polished. The computer players beat me most the time, but Im not so experienced. Since the last upgrade, the ai sometimes pauses a bit before selecting a card.
Good game for learning Skat. Would be better if it had a score keeper. But is a lot of fun!
Some bad moments
There are too many basic(!) game situations where the AI is unacceptable bad!!
I am quite disappointed with the latest version of Skat. Calculation the score takes for ever. This version is also very prone to frequent crashes.
Please bring back the older version.

Not for serious Skat players. Skill level of the players is way too low. They make stupid mistakes that are quite frustrating.
